Due to continued growth Rigfit7seas has an opening for a HR/Admin Manager to be based in our Dubai head office to support and oversee all HR and admin duties across business units in Bahrain, KSA, UAE, Qatar & Caspian.


Job Objective

To support in the overall delivery of the Group’s business objectives, whilst implementing departmental procedures in line with Company standards.

Manages the HR and Administration Department policies and procedures; with decisiveness and accuracy for the business to perform well.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The HR/Admin Manager is responsible for:

  • Manage and coordinate the HR and Administration Department, overseeing all daily/weekly and monthly tasks
  • Conduct the weekly HR Meetings
  • Plan and coordinate HR and Administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the Company to facilitate other departments/business operations
  • Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including advertising, sourcing, induction and training
  • Organize and supervise other office activities which may be required
  • Ensure operations adhere to Policies and Procedures
  • Support all organisational changes and business developments
  • Monthly Management Reports for Senior Management
  • Implementing and encouraging good QMS
  • Any other duty which, from time to time, may reasonably be required to meet the needs of Rigfit7Seas and is within the remit of this post and / or Job Holders capabilities
  • Compliance with and commitment to:
    • RIGFIT7SEAS Policies and Procedures
    • RIGFIT7SEAS Environmental Policy and Procedures


Minimum Competency

Degree, HND or equivalent / Middle East Human resource management experience / excellent organisational and time management skills / good IT skills / the capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure / ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks / good communication skills / flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads. Experience in working in large organisational with 3-500 personnel.
